The weekend itself has always been super busy and packed with zines, people, and chatty excitedness. With almost 50 tableholders last year, and many individuals represented at the Open Table, it's near impossible to get to know everyone there! That's why we had the idea this year to make a special zine: by and for the zinesters. This is a chance to get to know each other and our zines a little bit more than only meeting at the action-packed weekend; it's something to bring home and read at your free time. Each participant will get a two-page spread: one side a small interview, and the other side a sample-page from one of your zines.
It's not mandatory to participate, but we think it's a nice idea to have a little snippet of all of us participating, and to help keep in contact after the zinefest is over. Kinda like a yearbook, you know?

- What does your zine/ distro mean to you?
- How long have you been making zines?
- What other zine projects are you working on at the moment?
- Are there any projects/ ideas/ networking that you need help with, and would like people to contact you about it? (such as a call for entries, organizing an event, specific resources, etc)

Please send us your answers to tables[at]zinefestberlin[dot]com , with the subject: COMPILATION ZINE. Please include a JPEG image of a sample page. Show us what you do! The final zine will be size A5 in black/ white, text on the left, image on the right. Deadline is 5 October, 2013. Don't be late! Thanks for your contribution!

MACHT MIT BEIM ZFB TEILNEHMENDEN ZINE! Offen für alle, die beim diesjährigen Zinefest einen Tisch haben oder ihr Zine zum offenen Zinetisch bringen, Deadline 5.Oktober.
Das Zinefest war in den letzten Jahren immer eine extrem geschäftige Veranstaltung und vollgepackt mit Zines, Leuten und wuseliger Aufregung. Mit fast 50 Zinetischen und vielen einzelnen Zines auf dem offenen Tisch war es so gut wie unmöglich, wirklich alle Zine-Schaffenden kennenzulernen. Darum haben wir dieses Jahr die Idee, ein spezielles Zine zu machen, geschrieben von und gemacht für euch. Das gibt uns allen die Chance, sich über das aufregende Wochenende hinaus etwas näher kennenzulernen. Ein Heft zum nach Hause Nehmen und durchstöbern. Alle Teilnehmenden haben eine Doppelseite Platz, eine Seite für ein kurzes Interview und die zweite für eine Leseprobe aus einem eurer Zines.
Teilnahme ist keine Pflicht, es wäre aber schön, einen kleinen Schnipsel aller Zinesters als Erinnerung zu haben, um auch die Kontaktaufnahme nach dem Zinefest zu erleichtern. Eigentlich wie ein Jahrbuch.
Das hier sind die Interviewfragen:
-Wie heisst du, woher kommst du und wie heisst dein Zine oder Distro.
-Worum geht es in deinen Zines.
-Was bedeuten deine Zines für dich?
-Wie lange machst du schon Zines?
-An welchen Zineprojekten arbeitest du gerade?
-Gibt es Ideen oder Projekte, für deren Umsetzung du noch Hilfe brauchst und wegen welcher sich Menschen bei dir melden sollen? (zum Beispiel zum Besteuern von Beiträgen für ein Zine, zum Organisieren von Zine-Events oder wegen spezieller Dinge, die ihr sucht o.ä.)
-Was möchtest du sonst mit den ZFB-Zinesters teilen?
-Wie erreicht man dich am Betsen?
Eure Antworten schickt ihr bitte an tables[at]zinefestberlin[dot]com mit dem Betreff “COMPILATION ZINE”., am Besten gleich mit einer Probeseite eines eurer Zines im JPG-Format. Zeigt uns, was ihr so macht!
Das fertige Zine wird ein schwarz/weiss Heft im A5-Format, Interviewtext links, Probeseite rechts. Deadline ist der 5.Oktober.
